I lodged a complaint here on the 3:11:13 & to date I have not been contacted by edgars! I have contacted them twice on Facebook they asked for my details & never called! Since the staff & management are so incompetent in doing their duties & are cannot keep to their promises which are empty, I took it upon myself to call the store, I have been put on hold for what seems like ages & my call was then dropped.. Words fail me with regard to this as my patience has run out & I am totally frustrated.. I have been very patient but its now become ridiculous .. This will now become a legal matter as this is utter bull!
