I use to have an edgars account which I have closed last year.

on 4 nov 2013 I received an sms from NBA, tel no 0861112284 requesting a payment on this closed account.

and on 13 nov 2013 another sms to "resolve ur outstanding 35% acc", what ever this may mean.

I have tried to call this 086 no, but with no avail.

I find this extremely humiliating and annoying, as I know I do no longer have an account with edgars.

I do not appreciate these type of techno harassment.

please look into this matter.
