On 29/08 I wrote a report on HelloPeter regarding Edgars FORCING me to increase my credit limit and defective merchandise. Was contacted by polite, helpful man, Joe, who eventually told me that he would decrease my credit limit to amt requested and had forwarded my complaint regarding defective merchandise- asked that he send me confirmation via e-mail regarding the decrease in my credit limit - nothing! last contact was on 31/08.Yesterday I receive a call from Mbali asking me when I was going to pay my overdue account. I told her that although I understood that she was doing her job, I wished that Edgars was as prompt at resolving my complaints as they were in chasing me for money! She then proceeded to lecture me on how I had to pay my account to maintain a good credit rating. I agreed with her, said that I would pay my acc. She then asked me when and where I would pay my acc. I asked why did it matter where I paid it? She said it was a 'general question'. So why does it matter? She then proceeded to tell me that she didn't like my attitude and hung up on me, thus ruining my day! Does Edgars train their staff to be rude to customers as well? TOO DISGUSTED FOR WORDS!!!
