TWO PAYMENTS LATER!!! and ITC still not UPDATED??

I lodged a complaint that my profile at ITC has not been updated subsequent to bringing my account up to date on 28 May 2013. Called Edgars on numerous occasions and the undertaking has been given that the necessary would be done to address the matter. A further undertaking was given to send an urgent request to ITC on 21 June 2013 for an update. This morning I received a credit report that reflects that no undertaking that was given by 4 different Edgars staff was honoured. I call and I am unable to get any satisfaction as far as this matter is concerned. I get placed on hold for 30 mins (a paid call) at a time after which I just hear the same story. No managers available... we will update... we will let you know... we will call you etc... Pathetic and absurd!!!
I will refer this matter to the Consumer Protector and the press
