Tired of bad service

Wanted to purchase perfume and a dress advertised in club magazine staff were rude, unfriendly and not very helpful. Sandton store manager promised to call me back never did. I sent a complaint on Edgars Facebook, manager called and once again promised to call... he never did. Edgars has not even followed up that complaint. I have been an Edgars customer for many years and the service has always been mediocre to poor. I am now feed up disgusted and tired of such POOR POOR DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.
