APALLING AND INCOMPETENT

To my surprise i got a call from attorneys after Edgars handed over an account which has been paid in full in 2012. According to Edgars my last payment was 09/2011, but there was a purchase made in 2012/01 and i only received a call in 07/2013. According to Edgars they don't have my correct address OR my cell number but their attorneys has my cell number AND my partners cell nr. which needless to say i changed with Edgars 3 times after i bought my property 2 years ago. No one at headoffice or customer service (which by the way is non existent) can give me any details (not surprised) but my account has been handed over. How in do you hand over an account which you have no details for. It's called being spiteful because of imcompetence. If the last payment was made in 2011 how do you allow purchases in 2012 four months later. Edgars blatanly says it's not their problem my details are incorrect but it's funny how every other service provider has my correct details but not Edgars. I would like proof of a legal letter sent to me OR a phone call OR an sms becuase none of these were done as was supposes to by law!!! Absolutely disgusted but NOT SURPRISED, UTTER INCOMPETENCE!!
