From the 11.03.13 I'v been on the phone speaking to so many incompetent people who just kept on making empty promises. I spoke to Sandile, Emmanuel, Jabu ext. On the 27.03 I wrote my complaint on Hello peter and got feedback on the 28.03 with a ref:2803130018/GO just to make a Good Impression. On the 03.04 I was contacted by a so-called Manager/Supervisor, again just another empty promise. For a second time I wrote my complaint on Hello peter on the 06.04 and just to keep a good impression once again I got my feedback on the 07.04, another was wrote on Helo peter by EDGARS.This is my last time that I will wright my complaint and promise (FYI I keep my promises) that I will be taking this matter Further. I want my money that I'v been paying on my Hospital Cash Back Plan, where I was to again when I was told me and my family will be coverred when my 1st premium is paid. My daughter (2) who was fighting for her live due to Meningites, a Stroke, a Bloodclot in the brain and now Braindammage, we as a family went to and back and will keep on fighting for what we are paying every month and what we truly deserve is ours. We are stronger than ever, WE WONT GIVE UP NOW!!!
