Complaint re filling of perfume - Edgars

I have refilled my Angel various times with Edgars. This time after arriving home I placed my bottle of perfume on a cupboard and an hour later when entering the room I found the bottle lying in pieces on top of the cupboard. The only conclusion I could get to was that the bottle was over pressurised causing it to burst.

I contacted the store who advised that I take the bottle (pieces) to them - which I did. I was asked by the manager if I am sure I did not drop the bottle - my reply was definately no. If that was the case I would not have contacted the store at all. I was told by the manager that there was nothing they could do about it and when my husband contacted her afterwards she said that she would get the supplier to contact us. The bottle was filled on Friday 8th February and was taken back to the store on Monday.

To date we have had no response from them. The refilling cost R900-00. I am waiting for the matter to be resolved and I am highly disgusted with the service received thus far because the manageress has an attitude.
