What an insult to bad service

On the 8/9/2013 I purchased some things online (order no. MT5795TY9A) one of the items (Style: 8293180) were duplicated by different stores. I immediately went to the Truworths in Randburg mall and returned the pants and told the cashier what happened. He said he could reverse the charge for the pants but couldn't reverse the delivery fee, I would have to log this online. I sent a message through the contact us on your website and got a response saying that I would receive feedback within 2 days. that didn't happen in fact I never heard a thing from TW. So I let that fly. Now on 1/11/2013 I purchased numerous items online and I have been receiving them in bits and drabs. Now one thing that irritated me was a white tiered dress that I received that had lipstick and make up stains on it. I was so disgusted I've been returning everything you have delivered to me thus far for order C8OHK8LOSF. On the 6/11/2013 I ordered again 2 items (order 1D8LF6GRVU). I received those items yesterday but there are still some items missing from ord. C8OHK8LOSF.I would like a fully DETAILED statement for the months of September, October and November that show all purchases, returns and delivery fees
