Always an effort to assist clients

I went to Northgate Edgars with my Mom to look at tee-shirts for gifts and we asked some one at the entrance if some one can assist, we get a finger pointed in the direction to walk to the person that can asssit us, we finally get to two lady's whom said this is all the tee-shirts, it was like an effort on their side.

I was assured last time by the Manager that service will improve, it is just the same old service and the shops was so warm inside, aircon doesn't work either, so we both left.

We entering you always have to look for staff, and if you get staff as in the past you get no energy.
