Truworths

On 9 December I went to Truworths to return 2 items and before getting credit looked around and selected a few items to purchase. Lady 9826777, stated she would credit my card on items returned. I had my 6 year old son and he was complaining that he was tired.

I realized on the 12th that she scanned 1 pair of pants only! So the other pair of pants (I think it was the Ginger Mary denim shirts) at R380 was not scanned! Did she take the money or pants for herself? Blatant in my mind! Why not do an exchange against items purchased?
