I placed an order for delivery on Saturday 9 February 2013. I booked a delivery slot of 9am-15pm. That's the first problem, a 6 hour delivery window on a Saturday is not good enough. Most online retailers usually give a 1 hour delivery window.

The Lieben Logistics guys came with a bunch of boxes and asked me for scissors to open the boxes, why don't they have their own tools to open their boxes? I gave them my scissors and they broke it. They didn't tell me, they just left it on my counter and drove off.

While checking if all the items have been delivered, we found that there were 3 items missing. They bad mouthed the packers and said that they've been packing badly all day. This was very unprofessional of them and very frustrating for me. Surely the quantities should be checked before the items are dispatched. They promised me that I would get a refund for the items. Later, someone from PnP called me and apologised for the short delivery and offered to deliver the missing items free of charge. This is exactly what I expected to happen in the first place.

I would love to use this service again but with the experience I had this weekend I think I'd rather not.
