Terrible Online Experience

I purchased a set of 4 curtains online, in the same style and colour, on 1 December 2013. The day after my order I was contacted to let me know that one of the items was not immediately available and my order would be sent as soon as all items were available. Over the two weeks that followed I have made many follow up calls to ask what happened to my order. One week in, I was told that nobody had tried to source the missing item.

After much pleading for my order, it was finally delivered, however only two of the four curtains arrived. There was no receipt in the parcel.

I have been given a run of excuses, money has been taken off of my card for all four curtains and there has been no contact to let me know if my order is now complete, if I will be refunded or if I will receive the rest of my order. This experience has been extremely frustrating for me. After all this time, I am still waiting for a call from the online store manager.

I would not recommend Woolworths online shopping based on this experience.

- I expect more than just resolution of my order. My time, petrol, phone and money have been waisted in an attempt to resolve this.
