Won't give a refund

I live far from town and went to the mall early today to do some shopping. When I finished my shopping I went to Jet to return a top I bought on a previous occasion. I was informed that they are unable to give me my cash refund because they do not have any cash in their tills!!! How pathetic is this?! How can you open a store if you do not have cash in your till???
