No cash to do refunds!

I have spent the last 2 weekends trying to return some items to your stores.
Northgate - No cash
Cresta - No cash
Sandton - No cash
Clearwater Mall - No cash!

This is UNACCEPTABLE! If you take cash a payment, then you should be able to refund cash!
WHY must I drive around and waste MY petrol because you guys are so pathetic.

I was told at ALL 4 branches that people pay with accounts nowadays, not cash. Oh really! That's just a sad state of affairs!

3 of the items had to be returned by yesterday - now what happens??? Will you extend the refund period?
