Pathetic service from @Home Menlyn

Friday Morning (14/06/2013), I went to the @Home shop in the Menlyn Shopping Centre early to buy one pillowcase that/ was not available at @Home Shop in Brooklyn store.

After opening time, the staff indicated "give us 10 min" to open. It took much longer so sat waiting for the store to open.

I got the item I came for but because of stock taking only cash payment could be accepted.

STOCK TAKING during shopping hours on a Friday Morning??? CASH ONLY?

Manager had no alternative and told me to draw cash or come back later!!
I left very disappointed - yet another night without a pillowcase for my new pillow I was so excited for.
