I bought several items on 10/02/2013. I paid with my c/c and asked the cashier about the refund policy. He showed me a poster on the counter with all the rules & details regarding a refund. Yesterday I went back to the store with some of the items that I wanted to return. There was no one in sight and after a few minutes a worker came to the counter to tell me that he did call the cashier. I waited and when she finally appeared she told me that the customer that was now standing behind me was first in line... She looked at the slip and then just said that she did not have enough money to refund me. I said it is not a problem because I bought the items on my c/c I would appreciate it if she put the credit back on my card. Which she replied that it is not company policy, she must give me the cash, she can't do the refund on my c/c (although the poster on the counter explained that if you pay with your c/c your refund will be done on you c/c)??? She told me that all her money was in the safe and that she cannot help me unless I want to wait until customers came and pay with cash. This is the only store that I know that does not refund your c/c but instead pay cash???
