6 has gone and still no delivery. Poor service

Hello Peter. Early this year (2013) I purchased a bedroom suite from Russells furniture store in Polokwane (Landross Mare Street). I bought the furniture on lay buy terms with my final payment made in June 2013. I have since then not received delivery of the items. It has been 6 months to date that I keep following up with the store and not getting feedback regarding delivery. I have been to the store many times trying to get this delivery in place but did not get joy from Ishmael who has poor customer service and ignorant to my complaint. He never gave any feedback and I had to follow up every week with them to deliver the goods I paid for in full. At first they mentioned that the shop was moving into a new account and that they were waiting for head office Russells to move all my money into their new account. It was then that the matter was handed over to a lady by the name of Mmatefo. 3 months has gone pass and I am not getting joy from her either. I have asked several times that this issue be handed to the manager and it did not happen. I was told on 12 November 2013 that my money no longer reflects on the system. Please help me get my money back. Am no longer interested.
