I bought a stove & refrigerator cash at Hi-Fi Corporation Bloemfontein on saturday 17/08/13. I asked the cashier that the goods should be kept in the store for another day for collections and she gladly agreed.
On sunday (18/08/13), I went to the store to collect the goods as per the agreement, but they told me that the refrigerator was no longer in stock. I asked them to refund me They said they did not have enough cash in the tills to refund me cash.

I requested to speak to the manager (Hennie) & I told him the whole story & he said I should be given a refrigerator that was displayed in store, but i refused. Telling him that I want something that was insert a box.

I continued asking for a refund cause he was wasting my time with his offers since I was about to drive outside Bloem. He said I should wait until the store closes cause they don't have cash in their tills. I told him to transfer cash in my account, but he refused.

We had an argument & that is were he pushed me & called on his sales persons to take me outside the store cause I was provoking him. I resisted & he said he will break my finger if i can point a him again. I opened a case at Park Road Police Station.
