On 27 March 2013 I placed an order to the value of R27 367.00 at Stoneridge branch. (You would think after an amount like this I would receive better service).
On 27 June 2013 my order was delivered to my home in JHB, one Restonic mattress had been damaged so we received a "temporary replacement Forty Winks mattress" as they had ordered a new Restonic and were waiting for it.
On 28 June 2013 my moving company arrived and took all the mattresses to my home at the dam.
I have been waiting since then for Dial a Bed to collect the Forty Winks they loaned me and to bring the Restonic I paid for.
Numerous call have been made, a number of different "managers and supervisors" have spoken to me. Of all these educated, well mannered and intelligent individuals not one could actually complete the simplest of tasks - an exchange. We are in the 5th month of waiting for the Restonic.
