I purchased a queen size Restonic bed from Dial-a-bed in Port Elizabeth, - 2007. Less than a year later problems with the mattress started showing up, Dial-a-bed investigated and exchanged it. 2009 we had the same problem with the mattress but this time round there was also a problem with the base. Again, this time the full set was replaced, end 2010 the problem was back and the Rep from Restonic had a meeting with me at Dial-a-bed in Port Elizabeth. He took all relevant information regarding our mass etc and suggested that the engineers at the factory will sort out and then provide us with the correct bed.
About two weeks later the Rep Mr Bradley Sparks contacted me and requested me to make a payment of - R990.00 to Restonic's account where upon a new bed conforming to the specifications will be delivered to my residence in Paradise Beach. I did just that and the bed a Premier Plush was delivered. I did find the bed somewhat soft but yes it was a special design for us. Not to long and the mattress started to bulge in the middle, I tried vto make contact with the Rep, but to no avail. Having paid over R11000.00 i did not get satisfaction but utter rubbish, painfull body every day
