Restonic Promised to replace, no response

Restonic contacted me after I lodged a complaint that the restonic I was using was severely damaged and caused injury to my wife and I. During my communication with Christo and later with the Area manager of dial a bed, I was promised a replacement at no cost or an upgrade at a certain cost. They had promised to email the details of both the options to me immediately. More than 2 weeks down the line, I have had no feed back from Restonic. Restonic makes empty promises and do not stand true to their word. My wife and I are suffering because of the low quality of Restonic products and the lack of concern by Restonic for the well being of their customers. I do not recommend Restonic and question the integrity of the employees of Restonic.
