RESTONIC BED BROKEN WITH NO REPLACEMENT FOR 2 MONT

We purchased a Restonic bed from House and Home in March 2012. In the beginning of December the beam in the middle of the bed just broke in half on night, we inspected and saw that the from of the base was put together with the thinist wood and had snapped in half. Were a normal weight couple. The bed has a warrantee and my partner went to House and HOme to report it and find out what we can do. As it was around the 15th December we were advised that Restonic is closed but in the new year a consultant will contact us. We have followed up with calls and visits - 10 times, spoke to the store manager Lee anne and to Pinki the Sales consultant who keeps telling us someone from Restonic will contact us soon. In the meantime we have to sleep on this broken bed which has caused me and my partner serious back ache. I will not recommend anyone to buy a restonic ever or deal with House and HOme as their after sale service is bad. I can understand if its not up to them to respond but Restonic but then Restonic is to blame and something has to be done. I'm at my wits end. I have had a Sealy before which lasted more than 10 years with no problems. What a bad choice I made with Restoni
