I bought a Restonic bed in 2010 from Home Corp and since than have had to have the bed replaced 4 times. This is unacceptable. I have been waiting since January 2013 for Restonic to replace my bed, only to be told 3 weeks ago that there is an additional fee that I need to pay. I refuse to pay any additional costs as it is not my product that is faulty. restonic should have after having to replace the bed a second time launched an investigation as to why the bed is giving problems all the time. It has cost me the customer numeroyus phone calls and time off work to try and sort out this problem, but the rep Lebogang Matlou does not even have the courtesy to call me back as promised on the 02.04.2013. Lebogang number remains unanswered and goes over to a automated voice message service that will send my number to his phone for a call back, so I cant even leave a message. The service is unacceptable and will be changing my brand all together.
