In 2010 I bought a restonic bed from Home Corp, this bed has had to be replaced 3x. In January I logged a complaint about the bed again as this will be the fourth time that the bed has to be given in. We are now nearing the end of April and still Home Corp customer care does not bother to get back to me. I phone them at least twice a week just for them to tell me they will get back to me which never ever happens. This is unacceptable behavior. It took me to go in personally go in to Home Corp and speak to the Restonic rep via telephone, just to be promised the same excuse of he will call me back the next day. It is now 3 weeks later and still no call from Home Corp or Restonic. In the interim I am having to sleep on a faulty bed, which adds to my grumpiness as I am not getting a good nights sleep and not to mention that my back is off every morning. The customer service at Home Corp is non existent, as well as at Restonic because every time they have to replace my mattress it is a constant battle for at least 6 months. Unacceptable Home Corp!!!
