About a month ago i requested an IBT for 4 pairsof boots from the cavendish branch, they were supposed to contact me back for stock availability, but no one did. I week later i did an online purchase for the same goods. A day before the delivery i was informed that they are out of stock and cavendish is actually the online store. However the online store did not indicate: out of stock". Then i requested them to source the boots for me, two weeks later no communication, this is all while i already paid R3000 for the purchase. when i asked about this, they told me that the money is frozen, the fact of the matter is that i cant use the money!!! so after 2 weeks i enquired again and a very helpful, Sadia returned my call and tried to assist. I was told that there are 2 prs of boots for me, but nt the ones i ordered. so i requested a manager to contact me so that i could ensure that when i get to the store, the boots are available. Next day, another agent called me, i asked her to call me back because i was busy, she called me back 6 hrs later!!! she apparently just gt busy! i requested to speak to a manager, and no one has made contact with me ever since!!! can i now have my 3k back?
