This is bull dust American Swiss..third complaint

After no feedback from any one from American Swiss about my peeling ring, my husband I decided to call to find out what is the progress on my ring as we had submitted it two weeks back and we were informed that it was ready. My husband went to collect it and was assured that the quality is up to standard and the lady on duty showed him what we now think is another ring as the one he brought home still had the same problem. It was peeling inside and looked ugly grey the only thing that was different was that it was shinning as if it was polished, I mean what the fudge American Swiss? What must I do with a fake silver ring? when we called to ask if we can return it and just get a refund we were informed that the manager does not work on weekends and we called this morning the manager is not in today, what kind of circus is this, I am very irate and the fact that I sent an online query form 2 weeks back and still have not response, I have written 2 complaints here and still no response, please tell me what I need to do in order to get assistance? This is really unprofessional and unacceptable and I want a refund since you dont need my business. I am really angry at this treatment.
