FOSCHINI WORST CLIENT SERVICE EVER

For the past week now (and also after attemptimg for 3 months prior to last week's complaint) I have been trying to get a letter from Foschini stating that my account had been settled in full with them on 31 July 2013 and is now closed. NO ONE, not even head office is willing to assist me even after stating the urgency, and all employees I spoke to is quick to pass the buck, no one assisting me to get the issue solved. Not even my complaint on this complaints board had been so much as recognized by Foschini. I have NEVER in my whole life heard of such arrogant and disgusting client service. To think that this store won't take blame!!! They were quick to take the direct payment when the account had been settled, now however LOST my account which can not be traced (refuse to admit it though), blames this on other companies and refuse to help me in getting my letter of notification. I would advise NO ONE to do business with this store. In comparison to the client service I had received from Edgars, Truworths and Woolworths it is more than just clear that Foschini lacks greatly in professionalism, and the ethics of their company is unacceptabe. WORST CLIENT SERVICE EVER!
