Illing and bad attitude

I have been a client of Foschini Group for years now, and i have been encountering bad service every time i call in. On the 5th i went to one of the branch to make payments and only to find that they don't want to except my payment and said that i cannot make payments by them only at some attorney.
No-one called me to notify me of this and the previous month they excepted my installments and when i called the contacted there call center the woman i spoke to was very rude she couldn't tell me whats going on with my account and she couldn't say much to all the questions i asked she would give me a response of "i don't know" and when i asked to speak to the supervisor she drop the phone on me... you too quick to take actions, you don't give proper info on the account and your service is terrible, and i am paying the account on time every time as per agreement.
For me, i am not happy at all with your service!!!
