Unhappy with service

My account went into arrears, Foschini made the agreement with me to pay R350.00 July so that the account will not be handed over. They then said I need to make 3 consecutive payments for Aug, Sept and October and the 12 month plan will be changed to a 24 month plan. I made R500.00 for August and the account was handed over to MBD for Collections. Foschini nows refuse to assist in any way. How can the account be handed over even though I have stuck to the agreement. MDB is now harrassing me everyday even though I have made payment. They even confirmed they will charge me for every call they make to me even though I did pay..
