Impossible to reach the Foschini Group

I've recently moved house. As is customary, I need to change my address with The Foschini Group to ensure that I make all payments on my account.
I have:
Emailed them 3 times over the past 3 weeks. No answer as of yet.
Due to failure to respond, I've tried to sign up to manage my account online - however, their online links are faulty AND the number they give you to phone regarding this query is out of order too.
I have phoned both the customer service AND accounts department, but gave up after not a single consultant was available after waiting for over 6 minutes per call.
How is this so difficult? I just need to update my details, so that I can continue to pay my installments.
