WHANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP

I bought a lounge suite from Rochester on 21 September 2012 from Godfrey Mphofela within a year the one couth started to sag on the one side so I reported it to 16 of August 2013. Then on the 02 of September 2013 they collected the couth from my home. They then delivered it back to me on the 24 of October 2013 and nothing was done to the couth. After witch the other seats also started to fall in. I paid cash for the set R12 995.00. I want my money back and they can have the lounge suit back I do not want it any more. I really think this is pathetic. And need my money back asap.
