Foschini is overpaid but they make my name bad!!!

This is the letter I wrote to Foschini

WHAT IS GOING ON???
Could there be anything wrong with my Foschini (foschini group) account again!!!

When Milady's denied my re opening account for a bigger ct
The problem was on the foschini group
What is wrong???
Last time you kept on phoning me when my account was even over paid
I've send you proof of payment
Then in Sep 2012 I had overpaid R939.00
My account is up to date paid.
Even paid more than the outstanding balance to be paid.
WHY IS MY NAME LISTED AS "BAD PAID" UNDER THE FOSCHINI GROUP
I EXPECT FROM FOSCHINI TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AND PHONE MIDADY'S GROUP, ALL SO EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT MY ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE AND THAT THE PROBLEM IS BY FOSCHINI AND NOT WITH ME.

Then the next problem is I've complained and asked plenty times to fix the name on my account
It is JE CRAILL (Johanna Elizabeth)
and not JA CRAILL (What is the A standing for)
Why do you not fix this!!!
