What happened to customer service?

After not using my Foschini account for quite a while, I made a purchase on my account in February. One of the payments I consequently made, was electronically to the same account that was set up on my banking profile from before. The payment was never acknowledged and I started getting numerous phone calls that my account is not up to date. Various e-mails with proof of payment to their customer services account delivered not even a response.
Furthermore, marketing calls continuing in spite of very clear request that my details be removed from their database.
I unfortunately had to go make a payment in store seeing as their electronic payments are not being picked up. I was send around between counters across and over an employee who was talking on the phone.
My conclusion: The Foschini Group is only focused on getting their Club magazine (which I don't want and cancelled) out via mail, and harassing their customers telephonically with new products. It's all just outgoing marketing with them. When you are actually a customer, they couldn't give a about you and your problems.
These experiences are resulting in me no longer supporting Foshini or any of their affiliates.
