I purchased the deal in February buy 2 get 1 free, necklace n earrings set. Sent emails, called the call centre even spoke to the team leader about a pair of earrings that were missing from one set. They never repled to any of my emails and Rene said that she would post it to me. Its now 9 mnths later and still no sign of the missing earring or any reply to my follow up queries and calls. Most disgusting service. I will definitely never support them again and i have spoken to all my friends and colleagues about their and dishonesty.
