Christmas presents still not delivered

I ordered 3 x huggies earrings and 1 x fresh water pearl earrings on the 21 of November. The fine print said they guarenteed delivery before Christmas. Needless to say, I am still waiting for the goods, which was paid for in November already. I have sent numerous emails to them, and tried calling, but after holding for 15 min, my call was disconnected! There has been no reply on my emails. This is shocking service!! I wont be ordering anything from them again!
