No after sales service and receiving order wrong

I bought a voucher from Daddy's deal 'Ravishing Ruby Red Swarovski Heart Pendant with bonus Necklace'. The deal was if you buy 2 you receive 1 for free. I purchase 2 (Credit Card details 17 Jan 19 Jan PU M*DADDYS DEALS WOODSTOCK ZA 258, 00) On the 10th of Feb I received 1 necklace. On the 11th of Feb I e-mailed them. After no reply I called the same day and was told that it would be sorted out. I called again a week later on the 18th of Feb spoke to Rene again and she asked me to e-mail the details again and I did. To date I have heard nothing and still have not received my 2 other necklaces. Shocking will never buy from them again.
