ON 5 NOVEMBER WE WENT TO SEE IF MY WIFE WOULD BE APPROVED FOR AN ACCOUNT . SHE WAS APPROVED AND CHOSE SOME ITEMS.ALL THIS TOOK ABOUT 2-3 HOURS WE WERE THEN TOLD THEY SPLIT THE ITEMS AND CONTRACT, MY WIFE ALSO WANTED TO APPLY FOR THE LOAN THEY ADVERTISE AS SHE WAS CONDITIONALLY APPROVED BY SMS . WE WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED AS THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT. WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE SHORT OF STAFF AND SOME PEOPLE WAS NOT AT WORK. AFTER A WHILE A LADY BY THE NAME OF MONICA ATTENDED TO US BUT WAS INTERRUPTED ALL THE TIME. WE WERE TOLD TO GO HOME AND THEY WOULD CALL US BEFORE FIVE THE SAME DAY AS THE WOULD DO EVERYTHING.MY WIFE HAD TO CALL THEM ON 6 NOVEMBER AT ABOUT 9 30 THEY STILL HAD PROBLEMS AND EXCUSES . WE HAD TO CALL THE H/O TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE AS WE WAISTING OUR TIME AND MONEY TO FOLLOW UP ON THERE BAD SERVICE .TODAY 7 NOVEMBER WE CANCELLED THE DEAL AND WERE TOLD TO GO IN AND SIGN PAPERS WHEN WE GOT THERE THE MANAGERES WASNT THERE AND WHEN SHE ARRIVED SHE DIDNT EVEN SPEAK TO US SHE JUST HAD SOME COMMENTS FOR THE STAFF HELPING US . APPARENTLY THEY LEFT OUR STUFF AND FIRST HELPED ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED. THEY JUST DONT CARE
