I topped up my account with a 15 day ultimate package. it showed me an error code that said "card not registered". i phoned customer services, and waited out R15 airtime. i used my wifes phone, and waited out her airtime. i used my friends contract phone, waited a few minutes, and eventually somebody answered. the lady that spoke to me spoke so unclear, i had to ask her to repeat everything. i eventually figured out that she was trying to tell me that ' alot of people have phoned in to complain about this problem". she also told me that i dont have to worry about it, it should be fine in a short while. NOTHING HAPPENED... the next day, i loaded my wife's phone with R29 airtime, and phoned again. waited another 8 mins till someone answered. this lady eventually almost sorted the problem out, i told her my airtime is running out. she said she will definitely phone me back when the phone dies. the phone died 2 mins later. i only have half the channels to watch, and im still awaiting her phone call. we lost 2 days of our 15 day voucher due to incompetent staff. please somebody do something!!! im getting sick and tired of trying...
