Prank call by consultant

My application was approved through Joshua Door, Butterworth Fingoland mall, and when I went in to buy I was asked to bring extra documents one by one. When all documents were handed in I was told they wouldnt be able to help me because my ID book was old, I did a new ID document and sent it back, only to be constantly be whatsapped by one consulatant Siphokazi asking me to come in and get items. In between these whatsapp messages, they called my workplace pretending to be the local municipality and said that they would be visiting my workplace for an inspection as the company is not valid. When my boss returned the call she found out that the number had been from Joshua Doore. I cant understand that this is the kind of conduct and standard that Joshua Doore allows its consultants to behave, firstly the staff is unfriendly, speaks on the phone while they busy with your documentation, and hand over their lunch meals to each other, all of this in front of us, I would think that before they assetain that you are approved they need to let you know all documentation that is needed so that you dont travel back and forth fetching extra payslips and bank statements with harassing whatsapps!
