Last year november 2013 Fnb Called my wife to upgrade her to Private Client. She said she was happy with her Platinum account but they persuaded her. Rhoda Claire introduced herself in November by telephone and said they should meet in Jan 2014. My wife recived her card. My wife applied through Rhoda for a credit card and overdraft. Rhoda smsd her saying she forwarded it to the credit department. We waited about 2 weeks and no reponse. So my wife emails Rhoda. Rhoda does not call back she emails and I quote ' Due to your misconduct behaviour previously itc...' Misconduct? Are we still at school. Rhoda has done Jack since November. No calls nothing to see how my wife is and how her account is doing. Now I don't care if you on leave because there must be a replacement. So now My Wife sits with a Private Client card and that's it and a Consultant that's just been missing since day 1. No Extras no Consultant etc... I told my wife go to another bank and I shall inform all my family and friends to. We work for our money and its not cents. We want our banks to work for us and with us not us work for our banks. Good bye Fnb 'how can WE help you'.
