I'm writing this letter out of frustration in the hope that someone could help me. I have an account with Game previously Dion. So you can see it that I have the account for a long time.
Recently they decided that I have 2 accounts and 2 cards in my name but they can't tell me who asked for the 2nd account or card. My account is up to date. I'm paying via internet and have all the prove.
Every month from June I'm getting this RCS letters and phone calls that I'm not paying my accounts.
Endless battles going on with them. I'm going in to Game, they phone head office, we explain the whole issue, they say they will fix it and sorry their mistake till next month - same story.
Phone call and letter. Bad reference. Go in phone them and RCS office send faxes letters etc. but still it's just the same story
They send me a letter saying it's their fault because it reflects as if I'm a bad payer.
What can I do?
