Account up to date but constant harrasment by RCS

My game account is paid and up to date every month. Every month I get a call from RCS stating my account is in arrears when it's not in arrears. I have numerous times forwarded them the proof of payment for them to update my account. Still every time I get calls form them telling me about arrears.
I am fed up with this!! I now got a account for last month stating I am in arrears with 873.09 and have to pay a total of R1347.34 by end June. and a nasty letter stating once again you failed to pay the amount due. THERE ARE NO AMOUNTS DUE!!! Oh and a another nasty letter decreasing my credit limit to R6000 due to failure to pay my account. Its on RCS Black list me or list me as a slow payer and I will se you in court.
I want game (RCS) to contact me and sort their stuff up out. Its not my problem if RCS cant handle their own accounts department to trace and locate account payments. I have forwarded 5 to 6 times proof and payment to them. This was the last straw!! The same paper you used to accuse me on and to decrease my limit will be used for an apology.
