Illegal debit order - disconnecting my phone month

I will complain every single day this site allows me until my issue is resolved. I have had my accounts for YEARS! I have always paid my account via internet transfer at the end of the month ALWAYS! When i got my tablet i had issues with that account because Cell C couldn't link all 4 accounts.

After being handed over for apparently not paying my tablet and trying to resolve the issue with head office, i said that i will continue paying my phone accounts via internet transfer, but they can debit the tablet (R400) off my personal account on the 15th.

Someone that up and changed it so that my phones debit, but i explain every month that the phone money is not available, only R400.

Now i can only have the debit order removed if i get a letter from the bank saying my account is closed!

Isnt it illegal to put the wrong debit order on someones account without their consent and now refuse to remove it? Even though i pay every end of the month, my phones are all disconnected around the 20th due to a debit order that i had removed years ago!

This is a legal issue, cell c put the wrong debit order on my account & now i have to be disconnected every month because of your mistake!
