I have been requesting my clearance letter from your call centre since last month. The last agent unappologetically informed me that the previous two agents who said would help had sent my request to the wrong person. Nomninzi then promised to send my request to the right person and the letter would be sent before the end of business today. She also told me to 'do as I please' if I am dissapointed. I'm still waiting. I really wish someone could start doing their job.
