Y adding unlawfull fees

I recently opened an account with NWJ. I then received an E-statement with an amount to pay. I made an EFT paying even more than I should and inserted the correct ref for their statements. 2 Months down the line I receive SMS's and letters in the post that I do not pay. I then contacted head office to tell them they did not do their job correctly and did not pick up my payments. They even sent me an apology letter acknowledging that they made the mistake and will correct everything. Nothing changed. I still get charged letter fees and sms fees. Every month the instalment increases and no matter how many times I phone head office this does not get resolved. I now even paid this extras and still get charge on top of that. This is and they should be shut down.
