On 30 September, I've placed a big order with [URL Removed] that would have been delivered within 10 working days. The only effective communication they can send is billing information. NO change in delivery dates were EVER communicated, without me having to "accidently" saw it since I've been tracking the order myself, due to the poor communication. They've charged delivery fees, that was supposed to be for "free" and only rectified it the other day. When requesting feedback on WHICH items are causing the delivery dates to be moved, I am told they are still sourcing - sourcing WHAT - how can you sell something that's not available. ALL the items I could have bought from other companies by now. This morning the response was just simply, we have to postpone delivery AGAIN without any apology or good will offering - they are always just responding with "please be advised". I am cancelling my order now. Your service and you can learn from 5Rooms, whenever they cannot delivery, they make contact and offer something instead... for FREE. DON'T buy online from [URL Removed] unless you want a book.
