Pid my rcs an game account andnt getting closure

I want a letter that says all my accounts are closed for both rcs and game account .bt i get different answers everyday .some will tell me they are closed some will; say they are not closed .some will sent a letter and the next day when i want to confirm they will tell me isnot closed .it seems like am sthe stupid here .i want tose two letters with the stamp .and the truth abot my game acconut and rcs account.
