Good day Game, I lost my job for a good few months and I was unable to pay my account with you guys. But I started working again and I want to start paying off my accounts but you guys are not helping. On Tuesday I went to the Game Store in Rustenburg, Waterfall Mall to go pay my account for the first time in months, I used a capitec card to pay R700.00, well R700.00 was deducted from my account, but on the cashier side it said declined. It was agreed with Cherene that she will call head office in the morning and find out if the money did indeed go into your accounts. Cherene did call in the morning to advise that the money is indeed into Game's account. I also got a call from a lady, saying that the money will be allocated to my account and I will be send my statement by email, and she even cc'd me in the email she send to head office, this was wednesday, but even today I have not received feedback if the R700 was allocated to my account and I never received a statement. Its really sad and I think this is something that doesnt need to take weeks to sort out.
