3 months and still no solution!

MONTHS ago I opened an account at my local @Home store to purchase office furniture. A debit order was ordered and actioned when I opened the account. @Home has all my detail. And yet, today, yet once more, I receive an SMS stating that my account is an arrears due to the fact that the debit order was probably never set up correctly. I have been handed over to their debt collection department twice now and am SICK of being treated like a criminal! I have phoned the customer services department, been in store, made manual payments, and followed up about having this issue sorted out. FIX THIS ALREADY!!!
